These Terms of Use govern the use of the HelloStampPdf platform, published by THIRD LEVEL, a French limited liability company with share capital of 1,000 euros, registered office at 78 bd de la République, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, registered with the Créteil trade and companies register under number 753 457 266.
Use of the platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.
HelloStampPdf is a software-as-a-service platform for legal professionals, used to stamp PDF documents. It includes in particular:
Access to the platform is open to any professional wishing to use our PDF stamping services.
Registration requires creating an account with a valid email address. A credit system governs the use of the stamping features.
To access the platform, the user must create an account providing accurate, up-to-date information. The user undertakes to keep their login credentials confidential.
Each user has a number of credits according to their plan. One credit corresponds to one stamped page. Credits are renewed monthly according to the plan subscribed to.
HelloStampPdf reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of breach of these terms or fraudulent use of the platform.
HelloStampPdf undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act.
Uploaded documents are stored securely and may be deleted by the user at any time.

The platform and all of its content, including text, images, logos and source code, are the exclusive property of HelloStampPdf and are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation of all or part of the platform is prohibited and would constitute infringement under the French Intellectual Property Code.

HelloStampPdf makes every effort to ensure the availability and security of the platform. However, HelloStampPdf cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability.
HelloStampPdf shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
HelloStampPdf reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be informed of any significant change. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, any dispute concerning the interpretation or performance of these terms will be brought before the competent courts.
